POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES: |

The IT Analyst I will play an integral role in the success of the Acquisition & Program Support group. Specifically, he/she will be responsible for:
- Supporting Oracle Federal Financial end users at the client site at the desktop level
- Maintaining Help Desk Ticket log and generating simple metrics (e.g., total, number open, closed)
- Troubleshooting process problems
- Ensuring service requests and service-level commitments are met

PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS: |
- B.A. or B.S. degree in a business-related area
|
REQUIRED SKILLS: |
- A minimum of three (3) years' experience with a major financial management system (ERP), such as Oracle, SAP, Lawson, Peoplesoft, etc.
- First-level Help Desk experience
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
|
DESIRED SKILLS: |
- Broad functional experience with Oracle Financials
- Experience supporting a Federal Government ERP
- Experience training on Oracle Financials
