SENIOR FINANCIAL ANALYST /
SENIOR PROGRAM MANAGER

POSITION DESCRIPTION

The Senior Financial Analyst / Senior Program Manager plays an integral role in the success of our company.  Required skills for this position are:

  • Extensive knowledge in leading and preparing responses (proposals) to Federal solicitations (RFP, RFQ, RFI, etc.)
  • Extensive experience in business development and networking within the Federal community
  • Ability to lead multiple teams

PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 12+ years of consulting-related experience
  • B.A. or B.S. degree in business or a related field.  At least 6 to 8 years of increasing responsibilities
  • Experience in financial management with demonstrated ability to supervise or lead a team of financial and budget analysts.  Must provide evidence of progressively responsible leadership experience that is indicative of senior financial analyst responsibilities
  • Ability to plan and assign work; explain policies, objectives, and guidelines; coordinate activities; and provide guidance.  Ability to adjust the distribution of workload within the assigned mission in response to changes in programs, workload, and fund availability
  • Deals effectively with pressure; remains optimistic and persistent, even under adversity; recovers quickly from setbacks.  In-depth knowledge of and experience in financial management with demonstrated ability and responsibility for budget formulation, planning, and justification, and for presentation of one or more programs/efforts
  • Specific experience involving analytical, technical, and administrative duties in one or more phases of the budgetary process, such as guidance, budget formulation and justification, presentation and enactment, execution, or the development of budgetary guidance
  • CGFM or related certification highly desired
