POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES: |

The Technical Analyst I will play an integral role in the success of the Acquisition & Program Support group. Specifically, he/she will be responsible for:
- Supporting Oracle Federal Financials end-users remotely and at the desktop level
- Developing custom reports with Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (OBIEE)
- Maintaining query log and generating simple metrics (e.g., total, number open/closed)
- Troubleshooting performance problems
- Ensuring service requests and service-level commitments are met

PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS: |
- B.A. or B.S. degree in a business-related area
|
REQUIRED SKILLS: |
- A minimum of three (3) years’ experience with Oracle Federal Financials
- Experience supporting a Federal Government ERP
- First level Help Desk experience
- Experience training on Oracle Federal Financials
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
