Specific Services Offered - Acquisition Support
Acuity's personnel are highly experienced in Acquisition Management. Our Acquisition Support Services team consists of former warranted procuring contracting officers, contracts managers, and negotiators. We have experienced acquisition and contracting personnel with DAWIA APDP Level I, II, and III certifications.
Acquisition Management - Requirements thru Sustainment
Acuity supports the development of best practices, leveraging extensive experience in advising on acquisition strategies and refining the acquisition process. We provide the full spectrum of acquisition management support services. We support the requirements definition process; assess complex business processes, and conduct detailed market analyses to determine the optimal solution capable of meeting client requirements. Our team supports both pre and post award acquisition management services providing subject matter expertise in the analysis of acquisition policies and procedures and developing recommendations for improvement.
Statement of Work (SOW) and Performance Work Statement (PWS) Development
Acuity stands ready to support our clients in all phases of the acquisition process to include identifying the organization?s operational requirements, conducting market analysis, developing Performance Based Work Statements, providing source selection expertise. Our staff is versed in ensuring client requirements are documented, validated, and addressed in the client?s Request for Proposal or Quote. We provide assistance with conducting industry days, answering vendor questions, and coordinating and organizing proposal review teams.
Acquisition System User Training
Acuity personnel use their expertise to develop classroom lesson plans in support of classroom training on various software applications. Our lesson plans, student and instructor handbooks and desk-side user reference manuals provide for a '360-degree' training experience for our students. We pride ourselves in ensuring that our courseware and related training materials are designed to achieve course objectives and maintained current.
Acquisition Management Support
Acuity is a proven leader in providing expert acquisition and contracts management support services for successful acquisition planning, source selections and contract management. Our team of certified acquisition professionals provides acquisition strategy support, conducts acquisition reviews to ensure accuracy and completeness of support documentation including the preparation of draft justification memoranda, draft evaluation criteria, pricing support memoranda, source selection plans, and best practice recommendations.

Specific Services Offered - Program Management Support
Acuity's staff of Project Management Institute (PMI) Project Management Professionals (PMPs) provides program management support based upon "best practices" - PMI fundamentals, ensuring projects are executed on schedule and within budget. Several of our Program Support personnel have served as Program and Project Managers, Chief Executive Officers, Chief Information Officers, Business Development Managers, and senior strategy consultants.
Overall Program Guidance and Support
Acuity provides support to managers to include preparing written guidance, data collection and analysis and related record keeping. We take the additional step by recommending effective workload scheduling solutions and processing requirements. To support overall program management and program operations, our teams are capable of providing assistance in developing and maintaining programmatic records and data including technology related information such as financial forecasts and assessments of roadmaps, transition plans, program plans, schedule status, and funding levels. Acuity attends status briefings, reviews and updates various management reports, attends product demonstrations, and provides product analysis as directed.
Earned Value Management and Performance Measurement
Acuity has developed Strategic Plan Balanced Scorecards as well as systems of performance measurement that integrates other program metrics. These scorecards support identification of specific target outcomes; identify metrics that measure performance and progress towards specific targeted outcomes; and form the basis for communications to inform stakeholders of program status.
System Implementation and Support
Acuity provides project management support for on-site support of software, network, and interface issues. We work hand-in-hand with software designers and developers to resolve technical problems and analyze system anomalies. In addition, Acuity can provide system administrative support in scheduling routine maintenance and file back-up while providing on-site trouble shooting capabilities.
